Zamówienie zostało podzielone na części: Część 1 - Zespolenia kości i endoproteza stawu biodrowego , Część 2 - Biodro pierwotne i rewizyjne, kolano pierwotne cementowe i bezcementowe całkowite i połowiczne, kolano rewizyjne całkowite, Część 3 - Endoproteza stawu biodrowego, stawu kolanowego, stawu barkowego: cementowa, bezcementowa pierwotna, rewizyjna; Endoproteza poresekcyjna stawu biodrowego, kolanowego, barkowego, miednicy, Część 4 - Protezy biodra i kolana pierwotne i rewizyjne.
