Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa systemu identyfikacji nerwów krtaniowych i przytarczyc wraz z uruchomieniem, szkoleniem personelu oraz z sukcesywną dostawą materiałów jednorazowego użytku. W ramach niniejszego przedmiotu zamówienia należy uwzględnić sprzęt, dostawę sprzętu do Zamawiającego, instalację i uruchomienie sprzętu, szkolenie personelu oraz sukcesywną dostawą materiałów jednorazowego użytku 1. Zestaw histeroskopowy z oprzyrządowaniem - dostawa, instalacja i uruchomieniem całego sprzętu wraz ze szkoleniem personelu - 1kpl. 2. Materiały medyczne do przeprowadzenia 50 zabiegów histeroskopowych: 2.1. Shaver do tkanki miękkiej, jednorazowy, rozmiar mini - 30 szt. 2.2. Shaver do tkanki miękkiej, jednorazowy, rozmiar plus - 15 szt. 2.3. Shaver do tkanek twardych, jednorazowy, rozmiar plus - 5 szt. 2.4. Kanister na płyn zbierany z jamy macicy - 180 szt. 2.5. Uszczelki do histeroskopów - 50 szt. 2.6. Dren, umożliwiający podłączenie próżni (wytwarzanej przez dostarczoną pompę) - 10 szt. 2.7. Zestaw drenów do histeroskopii zabiegowej, kompatybilny z dostarczoną pompą płynów i systemem mechanicznego usuwania zmian w jamie - 50 szt.
