Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej na potrzeby Instytutu Geofizyki Polskiej Akademii Nauk zgodnie z przepisami i standardami jakości ustalonymi ustawą z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 roku - Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 266 z późn. zm.), przepisami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy, w szczególności Rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 29 listopada 2022 r. w sprawie sposobu kształtowania i kalkulacji taryf oraz sposobu rozliczeń w obrocie energią elektryczną (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 904 z późn. zm.) oraz Rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 22 marca 2023 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków funkcjonowania systemu elektroenergetycznego (t.j. Dz. U. 2025, poz. 919) - przez okres 24 miesięcy. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia dla każdej części stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do dokumentów zamówienia (SWZ).
