Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są prace czerpalne w latach 2026-2028. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został określony w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Integralną częścią opisu przedmiotu zamówienia są modele torów wodnych stanowiące Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający przewiduje w przedmiotowym postępowaniu zatrudnienie osób, o których mowa w art. 95 ust. 1 ustawy pzp w zakresie prac objętych przedmiotem zamówienia w tym: osób wykonujących prace montażowe przy rurociągu przesyłowym, operatorów maszyn budowlanych oraz członków załóg jednostek pływających. 3. Zamawiający nie przewiduje w przedmiotowym postępowaniu zakresie zatrudnienia osób, o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy pzp.
