Description

Przedmiotem postępowania jest zakup certyfikowanych czujek dymu i tlenku węgla. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. 1) zamówienie podzielono na pakiety i części: a) Pakiet A (czujki A) - 10 części: A1-A10, po 15 000 szt. każda część; b) Pakiet B (czujki B) - 5 części: B1-B5, po 10 000 szt. każda część; 2) dla każdej części przewiduje się prawo opcji, na podstawie art. 441 ust. 1 pkt Ustawy, do 10% ilości tej części, możliwe do wykorzystania w terminie do 3 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy dla danej części; 3) Wykonawca składa odrębną ofertę na każdy pakiet (A i/lub B) - zgodnie z formularzami ofert, stanowiącymi załącznik 3A i 3B do SWZ; 4) Zamawiający nie ogranicza liczby części, które mogą zostać udzielone jednemu wykonawcy. Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A1: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A2: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A3: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A4: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A5: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A6: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A7: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A8: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A9: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet A: certyfikowane czujki dymu część A10: 15 000 szt.; Pakiet B: certyfikowane czujki tlenku węgla część B1: 10 000 szt.; Pakiet B: certyfikowane czujki tlenku węgla część B2: 10 000 szt.; Pakiet B: certyfikowane czujki tlenku węgla część B3: 10 000 szt.; Pakiet B: certyfikowane czujki tlenku węgla część B4: 10 000 szt.; Pakiet B: certyfikowane czujki tlenku węgla część B5: 10 000 szt.
