Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy sterylnego i niesterylnego sprzętu medycznego, wraz z ich transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób wskazany przez Zamawiającego dla Szpitala Pomnik Chrztu Polski w Gnieźnie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (OPZ) - stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
