1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa wkłuć centralnych dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ (Pakiet 1, 2 i 3). Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną, kilka lub wszystkie części.
