Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego autobusu elektrycznego oraz przenośnej ładowarki typu plug-in, zwanych dalej „przedmiotem zamówienia”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym minimalne wymagania techniczne, funkcjonalne i jakościowe zostały określone odpowiednio w Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia autobusu (dalej: „OPZ autobusu”) oraz Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia ładowarki (dalej: „OPZ ładowarki”), stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz warunki i zasady realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do udzielenia gwarancji na dostarczony przedmiot zamówienia jak niżej: 1) Autobus elektryczny - minimum 36 miesięcy gwarancji całopojazdowej (bez limitu kilometrów) na zespoły, układy, elementy autobusu, wyposażenie autobusu i oprogramowanie, za wyjątkiem baterii trakcyjnej, 2) Perforacja nadwozia - minimum 12 lat, 3) Baterie trakcyjne i urządzenie magazynujące zainstalowane w autobusie na jego bezawaryjną eksploatację oraz realizację zadeklarowanego przebiegu (min. 250 km) - minimum 120 miesięcy, 4) Przenośna ładowarka typu plug-in - minimum 24 miesiące - licząc od dnia podpisania protokołu odbioru z klauzulą „odbieram”. Okres gwarancji, o którym mowa w pkt 1 niniejszego ustępu stanowi jedno z kryteriów oceny ofert, w ramach którego Wykonawca może uzyskać dodatkowe punkty, zgodnie z zasadami określonymi w Rozdziale XIX SWZ. Pozostałe minimalne wymagane przez Zamawiającego okresy gwarancji, o których mowa w pkt od 2 do 4 niniejszego ustępu nie stanowią kryterium oceny ofert. 4. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w Rozdziale IV SWZ. Zamawiający nie zamieścił pełnego opisu ze względu na ograniczoną wielkość pola (ilość znaków).
