1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Dostawa dwóch autobusów elektrycznych”. 2. Niniejsze zamówienie dofinansowywanej jest przy udziale środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Dolnego Śląska 2021-2027, Priorytet Fundusze Europejskie na rzecz mobilności miejskiej Dolnego Śląska tytuł projektu „Budowa infrastruktury na potrzeby czystego transportu miejskiego.” 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmioty zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 4. Zamawiający wskazuje, iż przedmiot zamówienia zostanie oddany do używania wyłonionemu w odrębnym postępowaniu operatorowi. W związku z powyższym, Wykonawca nie może wyłączyć z gwarancji i rękojmi odpowiedzialności za wykryte wady, usterki, awarie zaistniałe w trakcie korzystania z przedmiotu umowy przez tego operatora. 5.
