Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia (postępowania) jest dostawa, do Kujawsko-Pomorskiego Transportu Samochodowego Spółka Akcyjna, autobusów używanych, w ilości 2 szt., kategorii M3 klasy II typu MIDI, o liczbie pasażerskich miejsc siedzących (bez siedzenia kierowcy) nie mniejszej niż 35 miejsc, przeznaczonych do eksploatacji w regularnej komunikacji międzymiastowej. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia (postępowania) jest dostawa 2 szt. autobusów używanych kategorii M3 klasy II typu MIDI, o liczbie pasażerskich miejsc siedzących (bez siedzenia kierowcy) nie mniejszej niż 35 miejsc. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, pozostałe parametry, minimalne wymagania techniczne i wymagane wyposażenie dla każdego autobusu zawiera załącznik A do SWZ o nazwie: „Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. Zamawiający wymaga aby udział produktów, w tym oprogramowania wykorzystywanego w wyposażeniu sieci telekomunikacyjnych pochodzących z państw członkowskich Unii Europejskiej, państw, z którymi Unia Europejska zawarła umowy o równym traktowaniu przedsiębiorców, lub państw, wobec których na mocy decyzji Rady stosuje się przepisy dyrektywy 2014/25/EU, przekraczał 50%.
