Description

1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa w formie zakupu 14 sztuk (zamówienie podstawowe - gwarantowane) jednakowych (tego samego typu, długości, skonstruowanych w ten sam sposób, według tej samej dokumentacji technicznej, przez tego samego producenta) jednoczłonowych autobusów niskopodłogowych, fabrycznie nowych, tj. wyprodukowanych na 6 miesięcy lub mniej przed datą realizacji dostawy i nie eksploatowanych, niskopodłogowych, posiadających dokumenty stanowiące podstawę do rejestracji pojazdu i aktualne na dzień dostawy danej partii pojazdów, spełniających wymagania określone w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31 grudnia 2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia (tekst jednolity Dz.U.2024, poz. 502 z póżn. zm.) oraz zgodnych z opisami przedmiotu zamówienia dotyczącymi parametrów autobusów, określonym w załącznikach nr 12A (Opis autobusów) i 12B (Opis systemów pokładowych) do SWZ, gotowych do eksploatacji, tj. przede wszystkim przystosowanych do przewozu osób w komunikacji miejskiej, oraz 2) dostawa w formie zakupu dodatkowego wyposażenia warsztatowego, o którym mowa w §1 ust. 1 pkt 3) projektu umowy stanowiącego załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki nr 12A (Opis autobusów) i 12B (Opis systemów pokładowych) do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. 4. W przedmiotowym postępowaniu Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji (maksymalnie 13 sztuk autobusów tożsamych z autobusami stanowiącymi zamówienie podstawowe - gwarantowane), o którym mowa w art. 441 ust. 1 Pzp., na warunkach przewidzianych w §1 ust. 2 umowy (projekt umowy stanowi załącznik nr 11 do SWZ).
