Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Zał. Nr 1.1/1.2 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Formularz oferty szczegółowy oraz wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
