Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa aparatu RTG do Szpitala św. Leona sp. z o.o. Dostawca zobowiązuje się do dokonania instalacji nowego aparatu RTG we wskazanym przez Zamawiającego pomieszczeniu. Wykonanie prac adaptacyjnych w zakresie min.: - wykonania konstrukcji zawieszenia sufitowego z estetycznym wykończeniem w postaci sufitu podwieszanego, - przystosowania kanałów kablowych pod nowy aparat z uzupełnieniem wykładziny, - dostosowanie przyłącza elektrycznego pod nowy aparat - dostosowanie ochronności pomieszczenia zgodnie z nowym projektem osłon stałych, - istniejąca wentylacja jest sprawna i posiada aktualne protokoły z pomiarów. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, określający minimalne parametry wymagane przez Zamawiającego, znajduje się w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ Dostawa aparatu RTG
