Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ZAKUP MATERIAŁÓW JEDNORAZOWEGO UŻYTKU (wyroby elektrotechniczne i elektroniczne, materiały grawerskie, wyroby drewniane, drewnopodobne i akcesoria, węże techniczne, środki konserwacji sprzętu elektronicznego i informatyki)według zestawienia asortymentowo-ilościowego zawartego w formularzu ofertowym zgodnie z Załącznikiem nr 1 do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i wymagania do niego znajduje się w Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ który to stanowi formularz ofertowy. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy wraz z załącznikami.
