Description
Постачальник зобов’язаний поставити Товар у розпорядження Покупця разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти поставку на умовах цього Договору не пізніше 01.12.2026 року. Постачання Товару проводиться Постачальником відповідно до заявки Покупця протягом 10 робочих днів. Заявка на Товар передається Постачальнику у будь-який робочий день тижня засобами електронного зв’язку, електронна адреса постачальника.
Оплата за Товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня поставки Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 7 (семи) робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
