Лікарські засоби, для яких визначена одиниця виміру «штуки», зазначаються в найменшій одиниці, в даній закупівлі - кількість ампул, тощо. Товар поставляється Постачальником протягом 3-х календарних днів частинами (партіями) на підставі замовлень (заявок) Покупця, надісланих Постачальнику. Постачальник повинен передати (поставити) Покупцеві Товар (товари), з запасом терміну придатності на момент поставки не менше 12 місяців. Поставка товару з меншим терміном придатності допускається тільки зі згоди Покупця. Ціни на лікарські засоби не мають перевищувати рівень зареєстрованих оптово-відпускних цін з урахуванням граничних постачальницько-збутових та торговельних (роздрібних) надбавок, встановлених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 17 жовтня 2008 р. № 955 «Про заходи щодо стабілізації цін на лікарські засоби» зі змінами та з урахуванням вимог постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 4 квітня 2025 року № 439 «Деякі питання державного регулювання цін на лікарські засоби».
