УВАГА!!! Учасники, для забезпечення лежачих тяжко хворих людей якісною та перевіреною продукцією договором передбачено закупівлю дорослих підгузків ТІЛЬКИ ТМ DAILEE CARE, а саме: -Dailee Care Super Large (L) -40уп/1200 шт. Відповідно до ст.23 Закону України "Про реабілітацію осіб з інвалідністю в Україні, особа з інвалідністю ( законний представник недієздатної особи з інвалідністю, дитини з інвалідністю) зобов'язана брати участь у виборі та погоджувати призначення конкретних технічних та інших засобів реабілітації, виробів медичного призначення, реабілітаційних послуг і санаторно-курортного лікування, тощо в межах її індивідуальної програми реабілітації у порядку, визначеному Кабінетом Міністрів України. Посилання на конкретну торгову марку ( виробника тощо ) здійснено Замовником з урахуванням потреб та побажань пацієнтів щодо зручності, комфортності використання, ефективності захисту ( запобігання протіканню та утримування/нейтралізація неприємного запаху), підтримки сухості, непомітності, естетичності, відсутності алергічних реакцій та подразнень шкіри. Тому для дотримання принципів Закону, а саме максимальної економії, ефективності та пропорційності, Замовником було прийнято рішення провести закупівлю саме даного товару. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції Учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
