Постачальник шляхом поданням пропозиції підтверджує, що країною-походження товару не є Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран. Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до абзацу 12 пункту 3 Особливостей та Договору № 58 від 15.06.2026 про надання гранту в рамках реалізації проєкту UNICEF «Посилення реагування та готовності місцевих центрів соціальних служб у гуманітарній сфері в Україні» (далі - Грант). Відповідно до умов Гранту постачальник, який здійснює поставку товарів в межах його реалізації, не повинен мати статусу платника ПДВ відповідно до вимог законодавства України. У зв'язку з цим закупівля проводиться без урахування ПДВ.
