Description
Поставка Товару - передача Замовнику Товару, якість якого відповідає умовам, встановленим розділом 2 Договору. Товар постачається Замовнику транспортом і за рахунок Постачальника протягом 24 годин з моменту отримання Постачальником заявки (у разі усної - з обов’язковим подальшим письмовим підтвердженням) від Замовника на умовах DDP («Інкотермс», у редакції 2010 року).Розрахунки за Товар здійснюються у національній валюті України - гривні.
