Partner selection De Suikerzijde phase 2 and phase 4

The municipality is seeking a market partner with proven experience in comparable urban area developments for the De Suikerzijde project. The fixed task concerns the development of phase 2, comprising approximately 370 homes, public space, possibly a neighbourhood car park, and around 600 to 900 m2 of non residential programme. Bidders must also provide an outlook on phase 4 as a possible follow up step. The selected partner will contribute from the feasibility stage onwards to elaborating and realising the ambitions for the area.
