Works tender for the reconstruction of the Savi PAJ Lubja II feeder in the city of Pärnu, Pärnu County, Estonia. The works must be carried out according to the project and supplementary conditions. Meters, transformers, the substation and the KP cable are supplied by the contracting entity; transformers and the substation are expected around the end of February 2027 and the KP cable around November 2026. Transport of these procured devices and materials from the supplier partner to the site is included in the scope of works. Certifying of the works under the contract is permitted from the beginning of 2027 unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Where possible and necessary, the contract may be signed and works begun earlier, without changing the completion deadline.
