Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії даного Договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 5 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника офіційного листа-заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії Товару. Постачальник гарантує, що товар, який постачається за цим Договором, не є товаром походженням з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822. Оплата здійснюється Замовником за фактично отриманий належної якості Товар (відповідно до Специфікації (Додаток 1 до цього Договору) шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у даному Договорі, протягом 30 календарних днів, після підписання Замовником видаткової накладної та пред’явлення Постачальником рахунку на оплату.
