Įvertinusi pateiktus pasiūlymus, Komisija nustatė, kad visų gautų pasiūlymų pasiūlytos kainos yra per didelės ir perkančiajai organizacijai nepriimtinos, kadangi jos viršija perkančiosios organizacijos pirkimui skirtas lėšas, kurias perkančioji organizacija nustatė ir užfiksavo savo rengiamuose dokumentuose prieš pradedant pirkimo procedūrą. Atsižvelgdama į aukščiau išdėstytą ir vadovaudamasi Viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 45 str. 1 d. 5 p., 29 str. 2 d. 2p. ir 19 str. 5 d., Komisija priėmė sprendimą atmesti visus pateiktus pasiūlymus dėl per didelių ir perkančiajai organizacijai nepriimtinų kainų ir pirkimo procedūras nutraukia.
