The buyer is procuring diesel fuel and A-95 petrol, delivered via coupons with a face value of 10, 15 or 20 litres. The coupons are valid for 12 months. Fuel can be collected at the supplier's filling stations in the village of Tsarychanka, Dnipropetrovsk region, and at stations across Ukraine. The fuel must meet conformity certificates under DSTU 7688:2015 for diesel and DSTU 7687:2015 for A-95 petrol. The supplier must guarantee that the fuel supplied does not originate from the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus.
