Jet A-1 aviation fuel for gas turbine engines (DSTU 4796:2007) or equivalent

A Ukrainian defence sector contracting authority is procuring aviation fuel of the Jet A-1 type for gas turbine engines, conforming to the Ukrainian standard DSTU 4796:2007 or an equivalent specification. The buyer belongs to the category of enterprises, institutions and organisations listed in point 3 of part 1 of article 2 of Ukraine's Law on Public Procurement of 25 December 2015 No 922-VIII. The purchase is carried out as a simplified procurement under the Law on Public Procurement, taking into account the special provisions for defence procurement in force during the legal regime of martial law, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No 1275 of 11 November 2022, as amended.
