Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: документи тендерної пропозиції, які складаються безпосередньо учасником процедури закупівлі відповідно до вимог тендерної документації, повинні бути викладені українською мовою. Більш детально у додатку 1 до тендерної документації. Строк (термін) надання послуг: протягом 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання договору про закупівлю послуг. Замовник не приймає до розгляду тендерну пропозицію, ціна якої є вищою, ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена Замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів.
