Гацко не сноси никакве трошкове у поступку јавног надметања. Тендерска документација се може преузети на порталу јавних набавки www.ejn.gov.ba Уговор по предметном поступку се потписује под одложним условом. Одложни услов се сматра испуњеним, односно уговор ступа на снагу даном пријема, на прoтокол Секторског уговорног органа, сагласности МХ „Електропривреда РС„ а.д. Требиње.
