Erstellung eines UVE-Fachberichts „Nutzungsinteressen“ und Erstellung eines Bodenschutzkonzepts im Zuge der Erstellung eines Einreichprojekts gemäß UVP-G (Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungsgesetz) idgF im Rahmen eines vollkonzentrierten Verfahrens für das Projekt „Stockerau - Retz; selektiv 2-gleisiger Ausbau“. Zudem beinhaltet das gegenständliche Verfahren OPTIONAL die Begleitung während der Detailplanungsphase.
