Description

Der Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Bieter zum Abruf von Selbstregistrierkiosken, portablen Grenzkontrollsystemen, Kamerasystemen und Lizenzen einer Grenzkontrollapplikation samt Wartungsverträgen sowie zum Abruf von damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Leistungen betreffend Anpassungen für den österreichischen Bedarf. Die vom Bundesministerium für Inneres mit dem Unternehmen secunet abgeschlossene Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die folgenden Leistungen: Selbstregistrierungskioske: bis zu 260 Stück (optional), inkl. Dokumentenreader; Mobile Grenzkontrolllösungen: 50 Stück definitiv + bis zu 120 Stück optional; Kamerasysteme: bis zu 320 Stück; Lizenzen Grenzkontrollsoftware (GKS): bis zu 450 Lizenzen; Wartung und Support GKS und Server-Infrastruktur: 10 Jahre ab Abnahme, 24 h/7 Tage; Workshops Grenzkontrollsoftware/Customizing: bis zu 10 Workshops (≥ 8 h); Bereitstellung zusätzlicher Schulungs- und Abnahmeumgebung GKS; Customizing Grenzkontrollsoftware: bis zu 2.000 Stunden optional; Change-Request-Stunden Grenzkontrollsoftware gesamt: bis zu 24.492 Stunden optional.
