Durchführung von Laborprüfungen zur Konformitätsüberprüfung von Staubsaugern im EU-kofinanzierten Projekt EEPLIANT4. Näheres ist den Ausschreibungsunterlagen zu entnehmen. The procurement process is conducted in two languages ​​(German and English). The tender documents are available in both German and English versions. EEPLIANT4 (Energy Efficiency Compliant Products) ist ein unionsweites Projekt zur Verbesserung der Marktüberwachung und zur Unterstützung der Um- und Durchsetzung der EU-Verordnungen zu Ökodesign und Energieverbrauchskennzeichnung, das von der Europäischen Union im Zuge des EU-Forschungsrahmenprogramms LIFE ko-finanziert wird. Im Rahmen von EEPLIANT4 werden verschiedene Produktgruppen auf ihre Konformität mit EU-Vorschriften im Bereich Ökodesign getestet. Dabei werden unter anderem die Energieeffizienz und der Energieverbrauch von Produkten überprüft und bewertet. Die Auftraggeberin AEA ist unter anderem für die Umsetzung von externen Laborprüfungen im Rahmen des Projekt-Arbeitspakets 6 („abgestimmte Marktüberwachung für die Produktgruppe Staubsauger“) verantwortlich. Für die Erreichung der Ziele des Arbeitspakets 6 sind Überprüfungen von Staubsaugern auf ihre Konformität mit den anwendbaren EU-Ökodesign-Verordnungen erforderlich (in der Folge: die Laborprüfungen). Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrags über diese Durchführung von Laborprüfungen zur Konformitätsüberprüfung von Staubsaugern.
