Schulassistenz für die Marktgemeinde Gleinstätten gem § 1 ff StSchAG 2023 iVm den Bestimmungen der Steiermärkische Schulassistenzgesetz-Durchführungsverordnung - StSchAG-DVO, idgF., mit dem Ziel des Abschlusses einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Rahmenvereinbarungspartner, welcher die ausschreibungsgegenständlichen Leistungen erbringt. Es handelt sich um besondere Dienstleistungen iSd Anhang XVI lit A BVergG.
