Ziel des Vergabeverfahren ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages zur Beschaffung folgender zentraler Smart-Metering-Systeme (SM-Systeme): Meter Data Management System (MDM), Meter Operation Center (MOC) und Key Management System (KMS). Der Rahmenvertrag soll auf 10 Jahre abgeschlossen werden, mit der Option diesen fünfmal je um ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern.Der Leistungsgegenstand der gegenständlichen Ausschreibung umfasst die Lieferung, Anpassung, Integration, Weiterentwicklung sowie die Wartung und den Support bzw. Schulung von MDM, MOC und KMS.
