Austria - Software package and information systems - Medical Information System (MEDIS) NEW; for the digitalisation of the military health service

The Austrian contracting authority is procuring a general licence for the Military Information System (MEDIS), a medical information system intended to support the digitalisation of the military health service. The delivery includes a maintenance contract covering four years from acceptance of the system. In addition, a framework agreement will be concluded allowing the buyer to call off support services and training as needed during the contract term. The scope therefore comprises the software licence, ongoing maintenance for the four-year period, and on-demand assistance and training services.
