The buyer is introducing a software solution for low-voltage network operation management. Network model data prepared for the NEPLAN network calculation program will be reused and enriched with additional operational data, in particular measurement data from the smart meter system (active energy, reactive energy and voltage values) and time series from suitably equipped network stations. The connection and use of Grid Control Units (GCU) will also be investigated and tested within the project. The scope includes licensing of the software plus implementation and maintenance (5x8 support) by a commercial contractor, and a framework agreement for activities after the software is taken over.
