Description

Das Land Burgenland beabsichtigt, einen neuen Wartungsvertrag für die Abwicklung der Wohnbauförderung (inkl Banken-App) abzuschließen, da der bestehende Vertrag im November 2025 auslief. Der Wartungsvertrag soll auch Weiterentwicklungsleistungen abdecken. Aufgrund von ausschließlichen Rechten wird ein Verhandlungsverfahren ohne vorherige Bekanntmachung gemäß § 37 Abs 1 Z 3 lit b BVergG 2018 durchgeführt und eine ex-ante Transparenzbekanntmachung veröffentlicht.
