Mit dem Konzessionär wurde ein Pachtvertrag über das Café-Restaurant Halle und Pausenbuffet im Museumsquartier auf unbestimmte Dauer abgeschlossen, wobei die Pächterin für eine Dauer von 10 (zehn) Jahren ab Vertragsbeginn auf ihr ordentliches Kündigungsrecht verzichtet. Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens war es, einer Auftragnehmerin eine Konzession für den Betrieb des Café-Restaurants Halle und des Pausenbuffets im Foyer der Halle E im Museumsquartier zu erteilen.
