Description

Rahmenvereinbarung "Kampagnenbetreuung zur Umsetzung der EMW in Österreich" klimaaktiv mobil ist die Initiative für Aktive Mobilität und Mobilitätsmanagement des BMIMI. Seit 2004 begleitet und unterstützt klimaaktiv mobil Städte, Gemeinden und Regionen, Unternehmen, Bildungseinrichtungen, Tourismus- und Freizeitakteur:innen sowie Bürger:innen dabei, Mobilität nachhaltig, effizient und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten. Die Europäische Mobilitätswoche (EMW) ist eine Kampagne der Europäischen Kommission (DG MOVE) seit 2002 und mittlerweile die größte Kampagne zur Förderung aktiver und nachhaltiger Mobilität weltweit - rund 3.000 Gemeinden und Städte in Europa nehmen jedes Jahr daran teil. Seit 2022 koordiniert die AEA im Rahmen von klimaaktiv mobil die EMW in Österreich. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung betreffend die Kampagnenbetreuung zur Umsetzung der Europäischen Mobilitätswoche in Österreich. Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen, aus welcher die AG insbesondere folgende Leistungen abrufen kann: (i) Leistungsteil 2026: Leistungspaket November-Dezember 2026, (ii) Leistungsteil 1: Kampagnenmanagement und -koordination, (iii) Leistungsteil 2: Aktivierung und Betreuung der Umsetzungs- und Kooperationspartner, (iv) Leistungsteil 3: Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Veranstaltungen.
