Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmer zur Durchführung des Betriebes des Skibusverkehr in Nauders und Schöneben Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die in der Leistungsbeschreibung definierten Leis-tungen (Skibus im Bediengebiet Nauders). Teilvergaben sind grundsätzlich nicht vorgese-hen. Klare Bedarfsorientierung, vorgegebene Richtzeiten für eine bessere Fahrtenbündelung und die Verankerung in der Region (bewirkt und begleitet von professionellen Marketing- und Informationsmaßnahmen) sind Erfolgsfaktoren, die auch bei der Ausweitung im Fokus stehen sollen.
