Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die funktionale und technische Erweiterung der bereits im Einsatzbefindlichen Softwarelösung Intrafox zu einem integrierten Managementsystem.Die Leistung umfasst die Implementierung, Konfiguration und Integration zusätzlicherFunktionalitäten in den Bereichen CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System), Risiko-, Maßnahmen-‚ Schadensfall-, Projektportfolio-, Ideen- und Contractmanagement, die Bereitstellung einesManagement-Dashboards für die genannten Module und der bereits in Einsatz befindlichenSoftware.Darüber hinaus umfasst die Leistung sämtliche damit verbundenen softwarebezogenenDienstleistungen, insbesondere Anpassungen an bestehende organisatorische und technischeRahmenbedingungen, Integration in die vorhandene Systemlandschaft sowie Supportleistungen.
