Durchführung eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit vorheriger europaweiter Bekanntmachung gemäß § 203 Abs 5 iVm § 205 BVergG zum Abschluss eines unbefristeten Rahmenvertrages mit einem Unternehmer zur Ablöse der bestehenden Energy Trading Risk Management Systeme (kurz ETRM-Systeme) und Beschaffung einer geeigneten cloudbasierten Lösung als Ersatz des Legacy-Systems.
