Projekt: ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH, SVS Linz Raimundstraße, 4020 Linz, Raimundstraße 50, Strecke 102 01 Knoten Wagram (in Wat) - Salzburg HBf (in Sb) km 185.364 - 186.400. Kurzbeschreibung: Für die bestehende und neue Flotte von Nahverkehrstriebwagen im Raum Oberösterreich/Salzburg der ÖBB soll eine neue Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur für die Instandhaltung von Nahverkehrselektrotriebzüge geschaffen werden. Die Instandhaltungsinfrastruktur wird am Gelände des ehem. Heizhauses an der Ecke Raimund- /Heizhausstraße in Linz an der Strecke 101.02 errichtet. Dazu sind folgende Arbeiten erforderlich (der Voraushub ist zum Zeitpunkt des Baubeginns abgeschlossen): -Gleisoberbauarbeiten außen, - Ca. 4.000 lfm Gleis, - 22 Weichen, - Mattengleise ca. 50m, -Gleisoberbau in der Halle, - Mattengleise unmittelbar vor der Halle ca. 60m, - Mattengleise in der Halle ca. 255m, - Aufgeständerte Messgleise ca. 490m, -Verschieberbahnsteige ca. 4.000m, -Gleiswannenelemente, -BT-Bahn ca. 6.600m², -Gleiswanne ca. 65m, -Gleis auf Aasgrube 15m, Beginn Vorbereitung (Bestellung der Stoffe): 16. März 2026. Baubeginn: 19. Oktober 2026. Bauende: 20.
