Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Rahmenvereinbarungspartner je Los über die Lieferung von IT-Hardware und Serviceleistungen für die IT-Hardware-Komponenten für den FSW und seine Tochterunternehmen, um die digitale Arbeitsplatzausstattung der gesamten FSW-Unternehmensgruppe zu gewährleisten. Die in den jeweiligen Losen der Ausschreibung umfassten (ggf. vor Ort)-Serviceleistungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen Inbetriebnahme, Reparaturservice (inkl. Abhol- und Rückgabeservice) und Support. Die vor Ort-Serviceleistungen sind an allen Standorten des Auftraggebers bereitzustellen. Sämtliche Standorte des Auftraggebers befinden sich in Wien. Im Los 1 beträgt das maximale Abrufvolumen für 6 Jahre EUR 26.500.000,-.
