Für den Neubau des Umspannwerks Mitte sind das Potentialausgleichs-, Erdungs- und Blitzschutzsystem gemäß den beiliegenden Führungsplänen auszuführen. Der Auftragnehmer hat eine W+M-Planung zu erstellen und die Arbeiten sind fortlaufend und entsprechend dem Baufortschritt auszuführen.Die Erdverbindung erfolgt über bauseits hergestellte Tiefenerder, sowie über ein horizontal verlegtes Kupferseilnetz, das Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs ist
