Im Wesentlichen werden im gegenständlichen Bauvorhaben die Signalblockverdichtung auf den Streckenabschnitten zwischen Gänserndorf (Gae) - Angern (Ag) - Dürnkrut (Due) - Drösing (Dg) errichtet, und als Ersatzmaßnahme für die EK-Auflassungen in Drösing (EK in km 57,710 und 56,926) die Neuerrichtung der Straßenbrücke L3139 (km 57,471) durchgeführt, sowie aufgrund des Ausbaus auf VzG160 der Neubau der Straßenbrücke B49 (km 41,127) in Angern umgesetzt.
