Öffentlich-öffentliche Kooperation gemäß § 10 Abs. 3 BVergG 2018 zur gemeinsamen und im ausschließlichen öffentlichen Interesse erfolgenden Erfüllung abfallwirtschaftlicher Aufgaben, insbesondere durch die wechselseitige Erbringung von Leistungen im Bereich der Sammlung und des Transports biogener Siedlungsabfälle sowie durch die gegenseitige Bereitstellung von Ersatzfahrzeugen, Personalressourcen und sonstiger betrieblicher Unterstützungsleistungen.
