Місце, де повинні бути надані послуги: Україна (за виключенням населених пунктів, на території яких органи державної влади тимчасово не здійснюють свої повноваження, та переліку населених пунктів, що розташовані на лінії розмежування, затверджених розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 07 листопада 2014 року № 1085-р (із змінами) та переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих російською федерацією, затвердженого наказом Міністерства з питань реінтеграції тимчасово окупованих територій України від 22.12.2022 № 309. Інформація про необхідні технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі відповідно до вимог, викладених в Додатку 1 Документації. Інша інформація: відповідно до п. 47 Особливостей (постанова КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178) Учасник самостійно декларує в електронній системі закупівель відсутність підстави для відмови в участі у процедурі закупівлі, передбачених цим пунктом (крім підпунктів 1 і 7), що реалізовані в електронній системі закупівель. Будь-які документи, що підтверджують відсутність підстав не вимагаються від Учасників, незалежно від технічної реалізації в електронній системі закупівель.
