Description

Le présent marché comprend un séjour programmé en associant 3 écoles (La Fontaine, Saint-Exupéry et Flaubert), sur une durée de 8 jours, avec encadrement (animateurs qualifiés ainsi que moniteurs ESF) - Effectif prévisionnel total de 78 enfants. Cette classe de neige aura lieu entre le 15 janvier et le 5 février 2027 et devra se situer impérativement dans le massif alpin français. Le présent marché comporte une offre de base et une variante imposée. Paiement par mandat administratif. Prix unitaires et fermes. Financement sur le budget ville. Prix forfaitaire, par élève, comprenant l'ensemble des prestations. Le prix des adultes accompagnateurs est intégré dans le prix forfaitaire par enfant. Négociation possible mais pas obligatoire. Critères : 1) Prix de la prestation : 40% soit 40 points. 2) Valeur technique de l’offre : 60% soit 60 points, appréciée au regard des éléments suivants :  Critère « contenu pédagogique et intérêt des activités » : 30 points  Critère « situation géographique » : 8 points  Critère « qualité de l’hébergement » : 14 points  Critère « accessibilité aux services médicaux et de secours » : 8 points
