La consultation est passée en procédure adaptée en application des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3° à R. 2123-7 du Code de la commande publique et de l'avis relatif aux contrats de la commande publique ayant pour objet des services sociaux et autres services spécifiques. Le présent besoin est un service spécifique relevant de l'annexe du Code de la commande publique « 7. Services d'hôtellerie et de restauration ». La consultation donnera lieu à des accords-cadres mono-attributaire à marchés subséquents. Les prestations des marchés subséquents seront rémunérées à prix unitaires. Dans le cadre de la présente consultation, le premier marché subséquent est également publié et sera conclu avec l'attributaire retenu pour l'accord-cadre
