Description

Le but de l’opération est la création de deux sous-stations d’eau glacée pour rafraichir le bâtiment H1 avec la création de départs différentiés pour refroidir les centrales de traitement d’air et pour refroidir les ventilo convecteurs dans les étages. Deux colonnes d’eau glacée seront réalisées du R-3 au R+7 pour alimenter des boucles déjà laissées en attente ou crées dans le futur. Les panoplies d’eau glacée de 5 Centrales de Traitement d’Air existantes au niveau R-3 seront rénovées pour optimiser les débits eau glacée prélevés. La présente consultation concerne les lots 4 gros œuvre, 5 plâtrerie faux plafond et 6 peinture et revêtement de sol en lien avec ces travaux de création de sous-station et de colonnes d’eau glacée. Les lots 1 2 et 3 ont donné lieu à une consultation préalable (avis BOAMP n°25-136303). Ces lots avaient pour objet respectivement Rafraichissement, Electricité, Désamiantage.
