Även målning av befintligheter och rivning berörs. Rivning kommer att kräva sanering av miljöfarligt avfall så som asbesthaltigt material mm som skall hanteras enligt riktlinjer. Invändig ombyggnation av det nedlagda storkök och matsal, som skall bli nya specialsalar för verksamheten. Befintliga specialsalar ställs om till klassrum, kapprum och grupprum. Invändiga lokalanpassningar samt uppdatering av ytskikt i samtliga byggnader är planerade, ljudkrav samt tillgänglighet behöver detalj projekteras i sin helhet inför bygghandling och skall ingå i entreprenaden. Projektet innefattar etapper med olika starttider, den pågående etappen måste slutbesiktigas innan nästa får påbörjas. Det är pågående verksamhet i hela skolan utan i hus A och det skall ges hänsyn till att verksamheten ska tömma lokaler och flytta verksamheten. Projektet behöver starta med Etapp 1 innan Etapp 2 kan påbörjas, däremellan kan övriga jobb ske i samråd med verksamhet och beställare. Se handling 7.3 för mer information.
